Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY
Our policy allows you to return products in their undamaged, as-new condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@achtungkraft.com.

SHIPPING
To return your product, please reach out to sales@achtungkraft.com or call 414-510-8455, and we can send you an RMA# to ensure a refund on return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
