Shipping Policy
Note we ship from the USA to all countries around the world, please follow the checkout process and shipping costs are calculated before final checkout.
Shipment Processing Time
We’re a small, hands-on crew that takes pride in building and packing every order with care. For most in-stock parts, we strive to ship within 7–10 business days of receiving your order. Custom-made or personalized parts may take longer, depending on the level of work involved.
Orders don’t ship on weekends or holidays — the tools (and we) need a little downtime too.
If you choose rush shipping, please note it only speeds up the shipping time once your order is ready to leave our shop. It doesn’t move your order ahead in the production or assembly queue.
If you need something by a certain date, just shoot us a note at sales@achtungkraft.com after placing your order and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
During busy times, processing can stretch a few extra days. If we expect a significant delay, we’ll reach out by email or phone to keep you in the loop.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
AchtungKraft.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to most countries around the world, at checkout actual shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout. We typically ship most orders via UPS but we reserve the right leverage other shipping options that may be better for specific countries and we will cover any additional cost if needed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
