These mirrors are well thought out and feel well made. Installation was straight forward and they look like they could have come from the factory. The matte black lightly textured finish is also really nice. I didn’t want something shiny, and these mirrors are exactly what I was looking for. The convex glass makes for a wide view, even though the mirrors are much smaller than stock. An added benefit of these small mirrors? I can squeeze between my 911 and my Boxster a little easier in the garage!!! :)
I was under the assumption that it totally fit over the same area as the original mirror. Since it’s smaller, it shows where the original larger mirror was, and doesn’t look clean and shows where the old mirrors where.
I would think for the amount of money that you pay for these mirrors that would have been addressed and covered the same area.🤷♂️🤔
We have done a balance of size of the mounting plates to the mirror dimensions. We have a larger gasket that helps in the limited instances where the paint under the mirrors is not up to par. We can ship a set to you
These have convex mirrors and work better than the factory mirrors, despite the smaller size. East to install and happy with the purchase
Ordered these for a similar light project that I'm doing on a 74 9/11, they look awesome, are very well-built and fit perfectly into existing space. Would highly recommend.
