Awesome System

My background: Retired Aerospace Design Engineer here with many years of fabrication experience.

Two desires weighted on my choice of a new exhaust system. I do enjoy having a quiet exhaust sound when traveling long distances. Noise fatigue just makes the drive too much. Drowning is the worst. I also wanted something more throaty for other times. I purchased my 1 into 1 with hopes that it would be my answer. I did just what I was after. While testing, I found that the removable silencer didn’t make any difference to the quiet mode (both valves closed), i’ll call that full muffler. At the medium sound level (inboard valve open), I’ll call 1/2 muffler, it made a small difference. With both valves open, I couldn’t tell the difference in the cab or outside static in the shop. I imagine that the silencer makes a difference when experiencing the sounds standing by the toad.

I found the quality quite high. Welds were pretty, and there is some deformed modeling at the end caps, but they are not visible when installed. The valves look to be very well made..

The electronics are well designed and made as well.

All in all, I’m very happy with the exhaust system.

Customer Service was excellent. I wanted to bench test the system before installing. So I hooked up my jump box battery and internal LED’s lit up for a 1/2 second and extinguished. Oh no! Do I have a bad brain box? I call and was happily told it was normal. It needs something above 13 volts to be active. Part of reducing Parasitic Current Draw when inactive.

One happy owner, highly recommended.
